A weight off my shoulders! I was in urgent need of quite a number of participants for my final project and had a short time frame to collect them in. After purchasing some credits, Ioana was quick to email me and assist me in putting my survey out to the relevant population. She responded in a timely manner and was generally just a joy to talk to. Thank you for all the help - it took a weight off my shoulders!

WARNING of terrible service I highly doubt the veracity of these comments that is saying how useful this website is, because my experiences with SurveySwap is totally opposite and absolutely awful. I bought credits and even doubled the credits to boost the number of responses. However, I received no response at all! I wanna request a refund and sent an email to them, and received no response! Then I surprisingly found out that no live chat is available, not even an email address that is posted on their website. I can only find the email address under the comment here!

Great company and quick responses Arie helped us with every aspect of our survey, was available every minute of the day, and responded even on weekends when needed. We had a meeting in which we explained our project, and Arie was able to tell us right away if it was feasible within the time we had. We really enjoyed our collaboration with SurveySwap and would definitely return if we had another project that included a survey.

If I could If I could, I would give it a zero. Customer Service simply does not exist. I wrote them several emails and they never get back to me. Furthermore, a complete waste of money and time. It's been 2 days my survey is online under BOOST and I collect 2 respondents. Really disappointed, do not use this "service"
