Instantly is very user friendly and their support team is one of if not the best! We're primarily using Instantly for cold email outreach. Overall, their platform is very easy to use, and their lead finder database is similar to what someone might use with Sales Navigator. They have very good tutorials, very thorough videos and screenshots on how-tos. I believe they're the only platform that has a step-by-step guide on how to setup a cold email campaign from scratch, which has been tremendously helpful. Their support team is also extremely helpful, and they basically have an article for everything.

Great solution, definitely recommend This software is like no other I have used. The automation are great, the central inbox saves a huge amount of time and the support have been extremely helpful. Amazing support! Instantly is very easy to set up and intuitive to use. The best thing about it however is how amazing the support is! Every time I've had a question, the support team has responded to me within 10 minutes with an answer. Based on this alone we have decided to continue to use Instantly for SProbot's outreach campaigns.
