I highly recommend numlookup.com and if I ever need further information, I would not hesitate to pay a reasonable fee for their trouble!

Not Free Everywhere it says it is free. And the look-up itself is free, but when I go to see the results they want me to sign up for 7 day trial for $1 and give them credit info. They say they don't require membership, but that is exactly what they are asking for.
