GBExcellent Customer Service I contacted the company as I was having a problem charging my Deeper Sonar due to my error in not closing the two halves correctly. They were very responsive and explained that water had probably damaged the major electronic components. Without asking they offered a refurbished replacement at at very reasonable price which was shipped promptly. I love my Sonar and the Customer service is excellent

BEI could not see the bathymatic maps… I could not see the bathymatic maps from other members despite my premiummembership. I used the supportservice. The replied within the stated period and thanks to their sollution my problem was solved very quickly.

GBDeeper Staff are helpful… Deeper Staff are always quick to respond to chat requests, and can generally resolve any queries that arise with deeper products, which are really well made and reliable anyway.

GBGreat product - excellent customer service Great device for bank fishing because it's castable. I also use it while fishing from my kayak. It's easy to use. They provide excellent customer service and support and how to instructional videos. They respond very quickly to inquires by email and also offer live chat. Great product. Great company.
