Signing up was very simple, finding a lab was easy and convenient, and I get my monthly medication right to my door. Good communication through the online cite and emails. I had dinner last Sunday at outback and… I had dinner last Sunday at outback and Webb salad and their beef chili. I think the beef chili was very salty as long as along with the salad that had bacon on it. I think that may have contributed to my gaining 4 pounds in one day. I think that’s all water, I have to stay away from water or salt rather, it does nothing but add water to my weight. Otherwise, things are going well. Feeling good still working out three days a week with Veterans. And the Jen fit program spring is here and working outside in the garden a lot.
