Customer support is excellent Customer support is excellent - always fast, proactive and followed up. The complete service isn't cheap, but if you're serious about business, you'll know that paying good money means you enable good systems. I have been with Uscreen for over 3 years. Sure there are possible improvements, but they have the fundamentals right and keep developing. So I can focus entirely on making the right videos, and grow, with a team I feel is behind me and trying to make me succeed.

We have been using Uscreen for several years now and they are always upgrading the backend and adding new features, our community loves the app and the content is delivered super clean. It's essentially our own version of netflix for our brand.

Constant spam emails I have never signed up or used Uscreen but I've been getting constant emails from multiple different Uscreen accounts, saying my subscription hasn't gone through. Stop emailing me spam! I've never used your service.

The Best Premium Video on Demand Services Uscreen has an intuitive user-interface, making it a breeze to set up any video on demand service. Add to it, their world-class customer support when you get stuck, Uscreen certainly sets themselves apart from other similar services. Uscreen's customer service is second to none and they also have OTT options, so I'm able to distribute my VOD through a number of apps and marketplaces. My one hang-up is that since users pay for access, I'd like to see Uscreen taking no cut of the earnings. It just seems like double-dipping when account holders are already paying for a monthly/yearly subscription and Uscreen pulls a service fee and a $0.10 per subscriber fee every month. Overall, Uscreen has excellent options for monetizing my video content and grow my brand. Five well-earned stars.

We are going into our 5th year of uscreen, and we are VERY Happy! We are going into our 5th year of using uscreen and have never regretted the platform decision. Prior to using uscreen, we had a homegrown system which was very clunky and high touch. Then we went to Vimeo ondemand for 2 years. When we saw the capabilities of uscreen, we migrated to their platform with such ease because of the uscreen migration capabilities. We love the content management console and the visual layout of the video streaming library. Our subscriber base is 70+, so ease of use and intuitiveness is key to keeping our customers happy!
