After repeated attempts on my own to solve the problem, I got smart and opened a ticket. Deadscope with the support staff had me going in a few minutes. With the most content and the best options available, this is the best plex appbox anyone can find anywhere.

Ultimately Digital Inc. is fantastic! Being new to PLEX and shared servers, I was hesitant about connecting to Ultimately Digital Inc. but after only a few days it's become apparent that this is a top-notch group. The content is extremely diverse, there is an amazing amount of data, and the admin is super helpful with questions and support....even for us noobs. Highly recommend!

They have good support & library... They have good support.. it would be nicer if they didn’t have a sarcastic answer to queries. But to be fair they are responsive and have a good library that is mostly up and running smoothly
