Excellent customer service, vastly improved performance The gentleman who runs this service is very hard working and goes out of his way to fix problems and improve his service. His latest server update has improved performance significantly from my experience. I only give 4 stars because the service has been a work in progress to get to this point. Hopefully he has ironed out most of the performance issues to where I can give him 5 stars in the future.

Well worth giving them a go I bounced around a few services for a while until I came across Ultimate. I've been very happy since - very responsive admins and they can solve your problems very quickly. They are professional, knowledgeable and have a well oiled machine running. Very reasonable prices given the standards they set.

Wholesome server with fast speeds. Large server with tons of content. Everything that works, loads quickly. Lots of categories which is nice compared to some of the servers out there. Had an issue with a ticket that wasn't submitted correctly. Support guided me into the right direction and looked into a resolution. Wish they had a section for horror. All-in-all a worthwhile subscription. Thanks.
