The installation process makes sense and is extremely fast despite my slow network speeds. The developer is extremely kind and will work with all members of his community to get to the bottom of an issue. The support team is extremely fast to respond, the longest wait time I've seen is 20 minutes. They are knowledgeable and professional. Altogether, with the actual software, and the experience, it's a solid 5/5.
