It can definitely be a lot to take in at first as there are so many features, and some of the actions are not intuitive. There are so many possibilities within the app and I hope that the creators will allow more customization ASAP Very promising, just takes some patience and curiosity!

After 3 Weeks of search, I found just what I needed to manage my business. I own a small business and have been using email, texts, FB, excel and several other applications to manage every aspect of my business. I wrote down a list of all the things I wanted my CRM to do and started my search. I bookmarked probably 15 tabs of different options as I was researching. It is complex CRM but at the same time easy to use. Features CRM, HRM, Contract, Shared folders with clients, Chat for users, Appointment Scheduler, Announcements, Reports etc. I recommend it for all business sizes.
