It gathers an absolute minimal information required for service, and it has reasonable pricing, no annoying ads or spam. Le vpn is also one of the rare vpn services, that has Israel connection (i need it to use services from abroad)

SIMPLY THE BEST! I contacted them on a Sunday evening as I was having difficulty with a new iPad. I got a very speedy response and in a language I understand! This VPN is really good value as well. I now pay annually so it’s now even more competitive . Can’t rate them highly enough

Too slow to be useful for UK VPN. Despite doing all the technical support asked me to do my speed went down from 300Mbps to less than 3Mbps - sometimes less than 2. And when I asked for a refund they told me you only get that in the first 30 days after your initial subscription. After many years of good service it is no longer of any use for me to use this to watch UK TV live.
