I emailed, called, expressed as well in the chat session canceling membership in the amount of $2,750.00. this at the time was in February of 2023 5 months into a 6 month "no question money back Guarantee. They also at that time claimed there was an issue with the refund processor which I recently called and this issue still is an issue over a year later. After a Demand letter was sent, all the emails, chat conversations and phone calls, I guess we will See what New London Superior Court in Connecticut will do as I was able to get everything filed and I'm happy that I was able to keep all documentation and records which should really help in this issue.
