I've been with several hosts before I've been with several hosts before, and Zealous has been the best by far. The owner's never afraid to talk directly and resolve any issues I have, and seems to always have security in mind (which is a big factor for me). Performance-wise, you definitely get your money's worth, as I've never experienced TPS drops or any lag.

Good people, not the most professional Good people but quite a few growing pains as they are small. Not the best communication and they deleted all my files by accidentally terminating my service. Quite a few hiccups and not the most professional but they try to help.
