GBGreat service and tool The ability to customize the tool to your needs and having your own analyst that understands your operations, has been one of the best vendor experiences. Online training tools could use some more enhancements to assist self taught users, but overall I would recommend this tool. My analyst has been hands and I've pulled him in several directions.

GBLoginManager - one of the best on the market!… When we started looking and vetting a risk management software to rollout for our Risk Management process Logic Manager was the best we saw. After using it for the past 6 months, it lives up to the rating! The 2 Analysts that we were assigned (Courtney and Annie) are fantastic and no matter how many times we pester them, they have helped and made this whole process a lot easier. I have recommended LogicManager to other Security Officers and will continue to do so.

GBKudos! We are still in the initial phase and haven't rolled out the program yet. But, so far we are happy with the progress we've made and look forward to moving our audit program from manual to automated. Kudos to Courtney and Anne for all the help they've provided so far! :)
