They responded extremely promptly, and gave a good, concise pros/cons of other options. More important, they knew the background in the Wordpress industry (things you don't find by googling online), and gave a good summary of that as well. Upfront and honest about no one single bullet to the issue (not on their end, but more regarding Wordpress themebuilders). The most Professional, Knowledgeable and Trustworthy Web Host In the last 15 years and through several (big-name) companies, WordKeeper is the only web host that I trust fully. They're extremely knowledgeable and answer questions in full detail. I'd recommend their service to small or large business and everything in between. They know their stuff. At the time of writing, the one downside is that there is little control you directly have over the host. However, the WordKeeper staff are able to take care of your needs and in a timely manner.
