The documentation was extremely easy to understand and I was up and running in a few minutes. This will make it possible for our customer base to be able to more easily browse search engines using the human voice and listening to the output through synthetic speech. I had one question regarding localisation - obtaining results from a specific country. The support I received was not only complete and helpful, but it was provided within approximately 10 minutes of me asking for it. You cannot get better than that.
