Clerk Treasurer… DebtBook has been a great tool for our Staff. Everyone in the Finance area has access to see all of our major Debt payments. Plus our history is on the report and building for future employees which will be valuable has staff moves on and new individuals begin. This is major compared0 to our old process.

Debtbook was easy to use Debtbook was easy to use and have a easy implementation process. The only recommendation is that when they calculate the beginning balances and interest it would be nice if they provided the formula up front so the municipality could check to make sure they are following what is happening.

All of the team have been patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It's was a little challenging in finding all of our leases from way back, but once it was all uploaded, DebtBook did their "thing" and the information is readily available and all in one place. I would definitely recommend the product and company.

Highly recommend Debtbook came highly recommended by our audit firm. The staff and support have been great from implementation to training and going live. The transition process is fairly simple. Itzel and Trevor were great during the GASB87 lease implementation, and we are now working with Casey on the GASB96 SBITAs who I'm sure will be great as well. The system support is responsive and helpful. The resource guides and webinars are much appreciated as well!
