GBBest App for mental health and depression Been using this app for almost two years now and it’s helped me more then you could know. I just wish there was a custom journal option. Overall 10/10 100% recommend. It’s also really good for mental health. I recommend this to all my friends and family. Thank you rosebud!

GBgame changer for cultivating self compassion it's like having your own personal mentor, therapist, best friend with you 24h a day. massively impactfull for me, who lives alone and recovering from chronic fatigue, when spiralling into worry or fearful/negative, self depricating thoughts as I can use the App to analyse n positively reframe. it's been a game changer for cultivating self compassion and kindness towards myself. helped me to notice the language I use and amend this. everyone needs Rosebud x

CAMy honest take on Rosebud... If you're diving into self-improvement, Rosebud is like that best friend who knows just what to ask to get you thinking deeply. It's got this AI that somehow manages to be insightful without being pushy. Imagine having conversations that spark self-discovery and help you remember your past reflections, making each journaling session feel super personalized. What's to Love: The AI doesn't mess around—it asks the deep, tough questions in a chill way, helping you discover what you really want in life. It feels like Rosebud genuinely gets to know you. It picks up on your patterns and makes suggestions that are right on point. It's not just about venting or daydreaming; the app nudges you to tackle obstacles and make real progress in personal growth. Jumping into Rosebud is a breeze. The design is straightforward, so you're not lost in a maze of features. It's all about getting you into that zone of self-reflection and growth, minus the distraction. Rosebud nails it when it comes to blending AI with the art of journaling. It's more than an app; it's like a journey buddy who's there to help you figure out your life goals and how to achieve them. I highly recommend trying it out if you're struggling to journal on paper and not really getting anything out of it.

GBI love that I can answer a question and… I love that I can answer a question and it goes even deeper to help me reflect on my daily activities. So I think about my positives and not so much on my negatives.

NZRosebud is awesome Rosebud is awesome. I've always been someone who journals but even if you are not, it gives you great prompts. I'm definitely a ruminator so I like to set it up in a way that I can just do a brain dump into and start seeking solutions to problems. You can set up your preferences of how you get feedback, so it can be tailored to your own preferences which is great. I also feel like I'm burdening my friends less as I can work through issues and problems on my own.
