Had a representative by the name of Axel Axel helped me for over 2-3 hours on many issues I was having due to being my first server opening up. He walked me through multiple troubleshooting steps, options and alternatives for the information I was seeking. All while having extreme patience and professional knowledge. Highly recommend and thank their service that is provided.

I'm local to Chicago so I'm kinda biased about the speed I get to their servers, but aside from the constant connection (I don't think I've ever experienced an unscheduled outage), and the really reasonable prices, along with the UI that makes it a snap to get things done on the servers, I can't tell you how happy I am with the service when it comes to tickets and the support provided. Seriously, super fast, super friendly, professional, just everything you could ask for. Seriously, if you need a server provided this is the company to use.

I was with another server provider and… I was with another server provider and could not get good support. My account and ChicagoServer was set up in minutes. It works flawlessly - including mods, etc. Have had a great experience. Had one minor issue and they responded right away and fixed it. Friends and I were online and playing in minutes! They’re absolutely KILLER! You can’t go wrong.

Solid place for Rust. I like the rust hosting since the world generation is the quickest I've experienced. The panel is great and to the point, files I want to edit load and save quickly, and it seems really responsive. I was with gameservers previously and it's like their support team doesn't provide support specific to the game, it's just "general support responses" if that makes sense. It's like they reply just to reply but not help. Mars from ChicagoServers was to the point, quick, and helpful. It's hard to find quality support these days anywhere and this place knows how to do it right. Big thank you for that.

Abysmal service. Slow service, abysmal download speed. Updating my server mods can take hours, stop midway, or never download forcing me to restart the process repeatedly. This service has been a major headache and to top it off, it lags constantly. I used this as a test server just to try out mods,but even for that it wasn't worth the money. In response to their reply: That is an absolute lie. I contacted you to cancel my last server for the same reason. Then I remade the server out of curiosity to see if, by some fluke, I had a one off issue. Low and behold, same results the second go around. Having issues is one thing, but having the same issues with two different servers?
