GBTechnology great, support even better! I am just starting a podcast and went the Podbean route due to the better no cost starter (hopefully will get to a paid one as it grows!). I had a support question and not only was it answered within several hours but I had not responded that it worked and they followed up with me! If this is how they roll, I will be using them to host my paid version when that day comes!

GBPodbean: Satisfaction Guaranteed!!! I have been a member of Podbean for almost 4 years. I have never had an issue that wasn't taken care of by their customer service and/or tech department professionally and in a timely matter. They stay with the issues at hand until solved to my satisfaction. If you are considering starting a Podcast, there is not a better platform to work from than Podbean, user friendly, all the tools you need and FUN!! CHECK THEM OUT!!!!! The Old Man's Podcast

GBThey'll delete your data even if paid! The site is a bit glitchy and difficult to use in some ways, but overall they handled my podcast decently well for two years. However, when I was considering a new podcast service and checked out the cancelation options, they said that if I canceled, ALL of my data would be deleted IMMEDIATELY upon canceling. Even though I'd paid for a year-long subscription! How can it possibly be legal to delete people's data if they've paid for a subscription? Even with free trials on most sites, if you cancel you still get to complete the free trial. And even more so if you've paid for a service! Because of this absolutely bonkers policy, I want to warn people away from Podbean. EDIT to add: When you get to the end of the above cancellation process, they finally give you the option to just cancel your recurring payment. Hiding it there is really annoying! (And was one of several times they buried the lead to try to avoid control over my own billing etc)
