GBSmooth Platform, and Good Experience I have enjoyed working with Upper Hand. Customer service has been very responsive and personable. I have developed good rapport with each of my representatives, and have felt like they have been doing their best to support me according to my business needs. For the questions that I have not been able to answer, they have been there to troubleshoot problems for my customers. Something that I would like to see more of would be more collaboration with business owners on the back and front end. We enjoy your platform very much, and would like to be part of the development in terms of letting you know our needs and wants.

GBVery user friendly platform Very user friendly platform. Easy to navigate forward and back if you need too. Provides a lot of detail and information on each page. Promotions to be applied were easy to find. All in all, a very smooth, easy process from start to finish!

GBI have found the the team at Upper Hand a rare gem in software support. I have found the the team at Upper Hand is what makes all the difference. I am on my third registration software in the last 7 years and the people make all the difference. They are responsive and listen to feedback. I was amazed when they set up a meeting with me and an engineer to cover what I would need the system to do to work for me. They don't have every feature I have requested yet, but I honestly believe my requests are all in the pipeline as I have seen a number of features rolled out since I joined 6 months ago. Oh and ask for Danielle McNally to be your rep. She is awesome.
