The moderation team is amazing! I've been using Revivenode for almost 1 year now, and during this time I've hosted 5 servers. I almost never had issues with it, but even when I did, all I had to do is go in their Discord server and issue a ticket, tell them my problem and they would resolve it in less than 10 minutes! I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a moderator to respond whenever I issued a ticket.

Some good age ago When I started with this hosting, it was awesome. Fast servers, good support. But after change onto 5950x everything changed...so I decided to change hosting with same CPU and their speeds are much better than on RN.. Support was awesome, Mackenzie always helped, but then I met Josh...I didn't see worse support... Their respond time on tickets was far better, but now it's just waiting room or AFK room...What've changed? I'll spend my credit and then I'll run away...I had one ticket which was for startup flags, mentioned staff after 15min, after few hours was ticket closed without no answer...
