I enjoyed the presentation process that… I enjoyed the presentation process that I was subjected to by Wayfair. it was a true learning experience in the interviewing process. I also liked that the answers I submitted also showed my strengths and advice was given to me about ideas I could improve upon. Thank you so much!

The importance of assessments The were pretty straight forward ,and I like how the assessment hit my characteristics on the nose. It's pretty cool to see how the questions were able to accurately interpret my traits. I wouldn't change anything I think your system is working just fine.

I was an interesting test and I loved…the insightful and positive feedback I was an interesting test and I loved the fact that I received instant feed back on the results of the test. I must say though that some of the questions I found a little difficult to answer as I see others individually and because of that it was hard to answer definitively some of the generalized questions about others. I thank you very much for allowing me to take your test and for you result and positive insight and input. Smile and make the rest of the world wonder what you have been up to and don't forget a smile can change a person's day.
