Honest Company - Highly Recommended Let's all be honest we search for an unlocking service because for one reason or another we cannot go through the carrier to do so. There are many scam sites out there and this isn't one of them. In my case the unlocking process although ongoing is not a quick process. They apologized for the delay and offered a refund a few times and said they would continue the unlock process as a courtesy. i insisted that they keep my pmnt and to only refund me if they cannot unlock my phone. well they refunded me anyway and will continue the unlock as a courtesy. Also want to add that i emailed them daily and always received prompt responses - not canned ones, These guys are honest and i will pay them if successful.

REFUND OF $50 and extra sent to cover fees! After being out of the country and super busy, this company even re-activated the credits twice a couple months later. They then proceeded to refund the money and sent extra to cover any fees that may occur via PayPal. Sam handled all of this promptly. Even offered to still unblock the device directly with the supplier.

Great Pricing - I think not After reading numerous reviews where the great pricing of UnlockBase was mentioned over and over - I decided this might be a good company to have an unlock done on my clean iPhone 13. Sadly, after filling in my 13's info; the $269.95 charge was an automatic deal stopper. This makes me question the legitimacy of the reviews. A $270 unlocking fee is not too far way from the value of an iPhone13.

Samsung Galaxy A70 MCK NUC I am UK based an had a Vodafone contract phone Samsung Galaxy A70 simlocked. After payment the NUC arrived quick the next day. Unfortunately the phone was asking for an MCK. So I contacted UNLOCKBASE support and withing 2 days they provided me the MCK code free of charge and after that I could use the NUC code to unlock the Simlock. Considering the time difference they replied quick and I never felt they have forgotten about me. The customer service is outstanding and I can highly recommend the website. UnlockBase is putting Vodafone and Samsung support to shame.
