They make it very difficult to cancel… They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. When I first asked to cancel it they wanted to know why I wanted to cancel and tried to persuade me to continue rather than just cancel my subscription as I had asked in my email. As I was going to China I decided to extend by a month but that was a waste of money as the VPN didn’t work behind the ‘Great Fire Wall’. When I got back to the UK I emailed and asked to cancel again and was told that they couldn’t cancel it from their end and I would have to do it via PayPal. As they use a different name to collect their money through PayPal I couldn’t locate the payment and they deducted another months’s fee before I worked out which company they were. I emailed and asked if they could refund the PayPal payment as I’d already asked to cancel but they turned my request down. Their free service seems to work ok but I wouldn’t recommend the paid product - it didn’t work at all in China and their customer service is very disappointing.
