SGGreat tech support I've had a few issues recently, I believe probably due to an infrastructure migration. In both cases, after I logged a ticket, I was kept informed of attempts to resolve the issue. In the first case, it took a little longer to solve due to me needing to provide login details. In the latest instance, it was solved in about half a day by Dimo G. Good service, polite, good attitude. Definite recommendation.

PHGreat support, response immediately... This is not the first time that I contacted support from Mochahost.com and I can say that they do their job well responding and analyzing the cause of the problem. I am glad that my latest reported issue has now resolved. Thanks, Dennis!

Don't trust all the good reviews Don't trust all the good reviews ! They are not true and made by mochahost to have a good average review score. Mochahost was our web host for past 6 years but they decided last week to migrate servers. Since then, it's a big big mess... Nothing work. Our website is very slow, we cannot send or receive email, our application pool recycle randomly which cause every user to be log out very quickly from our web app. Our customers are very angry and we will certainly lose some of them. Support team is very bad. Nothing change, they take at least 5-6 hours to answer and never solve the problem. We will change our web hosting for sure and never recommand mochahost to anyone.
