Best Customer Service! I had some issues regarding linking and etc, then a Staff called 'Auri' who was alot of help fixed all of my issuess and ensured that my order arrived on time. Without them I wouldn't be shopping here again, thank you alot.

I bought the items on Steam instead of… I bought the items on Steam instead of Epic and the moderators helped me out a bunch. I wish I could use this site more but ofc Epic is getting rid of trading :/ Regardless, these guys were awesome and I got exactly what i paid for!!

Everything right I was a little worried because it took some time for delivery, but everything went as promised. I recommend that anyone buying for the first time and who is a newbie like me carefully read the delivery rules about spending at least 500 credits in the official store to be able to enable trade.

They get the job done Overall this place gets the job done. I heard decent stuff about RL Exchange and none of my expectations were exceeded. I got my items after a few days (which wasn’t the estimation I was given, but that was due to a request of a more uncommon item, which was not told to me u till day 2 of waiting.) getting the team was a pain. The person who delivers the team took an hour to get it to me. After multiple invites too. Customer service seems clueless in some aspects of what they do, but excell in others. Over all they were alright and I’ll probably buy from them again before December 5th

Very quick Very quick. This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering here, im very pleased with the quickness and consistency. Im extremely sad that this website will no longer work as of Dec 5th. Hopefully Epic will change their mind and yall can open back up.
