I sent an email to the company and within hours I got a response with a solution to my problem. Then, I received an invitation to discuss the app and it's functions. I replied that, as a business owner, I really appreciated this opportunity. They gave me tips and guidance and I gave feedback. This gives me a strong sense of how much they care about the development of the app and that they will be there if I need more help in the future. That's a 5 star company.

This is the best and most useful product I purchased as an executor! Really helpful in providing detailed estate accounting! There were times when I just couldn’t figure out how to do something and Estate Exec support team quickly responded with easy step by step instructions! The cash flow section is a snap to set up and having it sync with our trust bank account was definitely a plus. The “tips” were useful and I definitely recommend anyone needing to provide detailed reports buy this product! Very reasonably priced!

This program solves the mysteries of being an executor This program solved all my problems with knowing what was required of me as executor. Everything is laid out in an easy to understand timeline, and the extra information about each topic is extensive. All your research questions are answered here; I could quit Googling for my education. Once I started entering my information, I began to relax for the first time in a long time. Highly recommend. My attorney even asked for the name of the program to pass on to other clients. Saved me a bundle as I could quit asking him expensive questions!

Has made my job easier! For anyone who has used Quicken or just your own spreadsheets to organize and track your finances, you need this program, but it is so much more than just a finance, expense, and distribution tracker. The checklists will save you valuable time researching on your own what you need to do and when you should do them and there is support for guidance and questions you might have...I wish I had found them sooner.

Great tool for Executors and Trustees! It's such a great tool, especially when you've lost someone and can hardly function. It also helps with family infighting, because you can produce detailed documents if there's any questions of impropriety. It's hard enough to be an executor or trustee, because you don't get time to grieve, but this program has helped me stay organized. I can use all the help I can get now.
