NLSo far excellent experience with the Newsdemon service! So far excellent experience with the Newsdemon service! Subscribing went very smooth. Setup was reasonable easy (didn't use the preferred clients). And although download during the day is changing I get to ~20 MB/s download and connection is never interrupted. So far (several days) I'm quite happy.

GBI have been a customer for over three… I have been a customer for over three years and I have never had an issue. The support team is amazing whenever I have an issue. The speeds I get with newsdemon are better than what I get with other providers.

GBNewsdemon upgraded their servers in… Newsdemon upgraded their servers in late 2020 so they are now their own backbone. They are also supposed to be adding a second US based server farm early in 2021. This is a great move for the usenet industry and helps keep the industry alive longer. Their previous provider has been rapidly buying up websites in an attempt to create a majority and raise prices on everyone. My service level has not changed much at all after I logged in and re-downloaded all the headers (the article header numbers changed after their move). I think I may actually be faster than before but it is hard to tell. The support team worked with me to help get this done and I can thank Brent for being very patient and helpful with me.

GBAfter trying two other providers and… After trying two other providers and having bad luck, I was ready to give up on usenet but then I went to reddit and found Newsdemon. Their owner hangs out on Reddit and is very responsive to answering questions about the service and how usenet works. I signed up on Black Friday and the service has downloaded everything I have searched for so far. I wish I had taken advantage of the ten year special they had on black friday!

GBReliable, as-advertised service. I got exactly what I expected, no caveats, exclusions, or excuses. They said "unlimited", with no asterisk, and it's what they gave me. The word "unlimited" usually means nothing, but at Newsdemon, it means exactly what you think it should.
