Charles has been helping me get the… Charles has been helping me get the software running on my MacBook Air but I have had to call back twice because the program will not run locally on my computer. They say it is supposed to and then they reinstall it and he shows me I can access from my desk top but it doesn’t. This has been very frustrating. Each time on the phone Charles is patient but it takes at least a half hour. I just want it to work or to receive my money back and I don’t want to waste any more time with him trying to figure it out.

Excellent customer service and very quick to help resolve the issue! Charles helped me understand that the 2019 Office download does not work on newer Mac's. The 2021 Office is the way to go!
