They helped me SO much! To start with, I am not a computer person. I can operate them sure, but it's always been a struggle. I have visual impairment issues as well. Needless to say, I have no idea how to code, transfer a domain, or build a website. Despite this, the support team got me through everything with very clear and simple instructions! No coding. Their site builder is honestly alot easier and smoother than the wildly overpriced one on Squarespace. And forget wordpress, I tried it and was like "nope nope nope this is way too complex and unintuitive". So now I have an awesome looking site that I'm very happy with, which I can update and edit any time I want with very little computer skills. All for a price I can actually afford. 10/10, will recommend to my friends!
