FIPrivateVPN has customer service that…always excels! PrivateVPN has customer service that has gone, "above and beyond" my expectations everytime I have needed them. Just recently I had a difficult problem. Both "Mac" and "Ferdinand" were prompt and very responsive in resolving my issue.
