GBGreat job! He understood the problem and provided a solution. He also explained a few other questions I had.

GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS This company is abysmal. Try cancelling or getting a refund as per their 30-day money back guarantee. They will deliberately block / avoid you being able to do so. They won't allow you to even speak to customer services unless YOU PAY THEM! It's outrageous.

GBSchool Scam I made the purchase and loan transaction through Teachable on February 5th. Feeling like I was played by the school Owner, (prince changed before purchase, was advertised cheaper. they also said it was personal mentorship but you NEVER really talk to jacob one on one. And they NEVER explained their “”refund policy”” to me, and they went directly against Teachable’s policy) I requested a refund on February 29th. This was within their 30-day refund policy as well as Teachable’s 30-day refund policy. The link for the refund policy used to be found here: https://jacoblevinrad. com/ refund-and-chargeback-polic y/ But it has since now mysteriously disappeared. Even on his main website, https://jacob-levinrad-ecom -course-10.teachable.c om The link for the refund policy at the bottom is also not working anymore. The merchant was not helpful and attempted to convince me to try the course for 90 days. But I did not want to, because this would have made it so that the 30-day refund policy would no longer be in effect. On March 1st I submitted a dispute with my bank to dispute my initial deposit of $1,595.00. He contacted me on March 2nd giving me the number of a man named Johnson and said Johnson would help me with my refund. I reached out to Johnson March 2nd right away, but he did not respond until March 5th. When we did call that day, he ALSO attempted to convince me to spend 30 minutes a day on the course for 90 days. I told him I still wanted the refund, and the 30-day refund policy time would have ended the next day on March 6th, so he needed to process my refund. He would not even address or agree to the refund even though I had been asking for a refund since February 29th., he only kept trying to convince me to change my mind and eventually ended the call. The next day on March 6th I opened the case with Affirm to cancel the loan since this was my only option since the Merchant and his assistants would not process a return/refund for me. My bank dispute for the initial deposit amount of $1595.00 that was made through Affirm was settled in my favor, and was permanently refunded to me on March 23rd. I assumed Affirm either agreed to this refund and would also be refunding/cancelling the remaining payments due, when I realized the case was still open and not resolved I responded to the case but I do not think I was clear enough when I responded before. As I stated before, the Merchant/School Owner’s Assistants DID state they were going to process my refund but then did not. They are refusing to answer anymore messages about this matter. I do not even have ACCESS to anymore courses. I do not have a Teachable account, I have not used this Merchants course/website at all. I believe this Merchant and his Assistants scammed me. When I contacted Teachable customer service they were ZERO help. They referred me to cancel my loan through Affirm but Affirm insists the loan be canceled through Teachable/The Merchant.

GBno customer service, confusing interface as a paying customer i cannot get any answers from customer service. dead silence on all my tickets. while it has good features for building courses and sales pages, there are some functionalities that dont work, the payout structure is very confusing (and that is coming from a former finance professional), user interface needs a good polish, it is at aleast a decade behind, not very sleek. this is my last attmept to get to them and I will be looking for alternatives.

GBThe Modern Snake-Oil Salesman After an initial 5-minute viewing, although I made repeated attempts, even resetting the password, I’ve been unable to access a workshop for a Zentangle Art Inspired workshop. Replies from the content designer: “Your computer has a virus,” “You need to reboot,” “I don’t see any problems from my end,” “You accessed the course once,” etc.. Messages to Teachable via the address provided on the site for customer service received the reply: “This email isn’t checked. You must use the email provided on the website.” I researched Teachable.com and concluded it’s like a traveling snake oil salesman; promised results to trusting consumers for a product that’s unauthentic and fraudulent.
