Instead, over the call you only collected info you could have asked for over email, and only then tried to schedule a call with the actual sales team. You weren't able to do this because of their West Coast timezone, so the next step was managed via email after all. A week later I have still not heard back from them.

ESThere's not appealing here There's not appealing here. Videos are useless. Prompts aren't followed by the AI, which makes its own figuring out, spitting any output regardless if that's what you asked for.
