GBI personally could not get it to work, BUT… I personally could not get it to work for me. I don't know if the problem was on my end or what. But I have to give them full props for their excellent customer service! I requested a refund and there was no hassle, no fuss, no muss. I put in a ticket and almost immediately got a reply (automated, at that!) that my refund was being processed. I really appreciated them for that! I regret that the product itself did not work out for me!

ILAwful waste of my time You scheduled a call which I assumed would be with a sales rep. Instead, over the call you only collected info you could have asked for over email, and only then tried to schedule a call with the actual sales team. You weren't able to do this because of their West Coast timezone, so the next step was managed via email after all. A week later I have still not heard back from them.
