And have so many hoops to jump through and they seemed to find anything or reason NOT to refund. So not a good idea to signup for them. Waste of money. File complaints with fed trade commission, BBB, and the insurance licenses dept(18828928 California lic fanshield number) their headquarters state.. Guys the more you file with the higher depts, someone will look into there business practices. They will change ( run away) there names change or move out of the state.. customers u have the power to stop scams. Spread the word all over the facebook, every internet site. People should not be scammed by fanshield,protecht inc. etc.. We the people!

SCAM!! UPDATE: After leaving negative reviews and filing a complaint with BBB the company is working with me to resolve the issue. SCAM!!! Only pays in “specific” situations, as if life is that predictable! DO NOT PAY FOR THIS IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

great coverage I always end up buying insurance on things and never needing them. This wasn't the case recently as I neared my event and was unable to attend for personal health issues, I was able to get coverage on my tickets.
