TrendSpider is a Must for Every Trader I highly recommend TrendSpider if you want the most powerful trading tools that I have seen without having to know to code yourself. There is a whole plethora of useful tools to help traders easily analyze the markets and identify pristine trading opportunies. Dan and his team are top notch at taking care of their customers, and upon request, they will spend time teaching you personally if you do not understand something, if requested.

I've used Trendspider for 4 years now I've used Trendspider for 4 years now. With the ability to back test a strategy and determine if you're trading correctly is an essential part of my portfolio management now. I not only look at the amount of money I make from trades I take in Trendspider, but more about how much it saves me in the downturn as well. It far exceeds the yearly amount I've paid. The customized alerts (on indicators) are essential with the watch lists and scans finding me opportunities allows me to expand my stock, ETF and crypto selection. I can't trade without the software anymore.

Disappointed with customer service Disappointed with customer service. It takes ages for reps to respond to any query. If they are overwhelmed with lots of queries then TS needs to beef up customer service with headcount.

I was two minutes late I was two minutes late. I didn’t really understand if he was going to call me or if I had to call him. So I ended up downloading Zoom and by the time I got there waited for five minutes nothing. I had many questions to ask, but maybe I’ll get them answered another day, after using the software for a couple days, I am not seen what I needed to see to keep it
