I am beyond happy with sugar sweeps!! I am super happy with sugar sweeps and I love all the games and support is always quick to get back to me anytime I have any issues and they’re very helpful as well. I give this game a five star rating because well it’s my favorite. I really enjoy it, and I’m excited to see all the new games that can come out.

A friend of mine accidentally deposited… A friend of mine accidentally deposited $325 instead $35. She asked for a refund since it was a mistake. She has spoken to customer service and management. They said she can do a withdrawal and receive a bc payout. It's been a couple several days now and nothing. She even asked if it was possible to see a web receipt so she could follow the block chain. Anything as proof of payout on their end. So far nothing.

Money magically disappear so they won't have to pay you. Do not trust these thieves. I fell asleep playing one of the game, woke up to my account emptied of all my credits. I had won 519 credits when I fell asleep. I messaged support and they basically said it was my fault I didn't secure my account. How didn't I secure my account? The only ones with access is sugarsweep and me. So they'll rob your credits play it down so they don't have to pay you. Do not leave your money in game. EVER.
