GBWould Shop Here Again There was a slight glitch in ordering but the vendor made it right very quickly. Can't say enough good things about the customer service. I haven't had time to install the software, but between the good vibe I got from the seller I have faith all will be as it should be.

GBMinor problems to be sorted I had a few problems with installing the software, but that was mainly because Microsoft did not uninstall the previous version of office completely, however the information provided helped me to trace the problem, and it is now installed OK. To all future users: You must uninstall the previous version completely, shut the system down and and reboot. then check the registry for any remnants of the old program left behind and remove, to ensure a good install.
