GBI had couple stumbles during… I had couple stumbles during installation like error messages which are gone on the second or third try. I suggest a little more detailed instruction like download image, mount, run, if error than call us or retry. It's not clear should I use www_office_com/setup or not if installation from image fails. But taking into account the price and minor problems, it's a great deal.

GBWould Shop Here Again There was a slight glitch in ordering but the vendor made it right very quickly. Can't say enough good things about the customer service. I haven't had time to install the software, but between the good vibe I got from the seller I have faith all will be as it should be.

GBdisappointment. Lately the quality of service has deteriorated greatly. The keys that arrive immediately are not working. Emails are answered with a long delay. The last time, about a day (23 hours) passed from the moment of payment to the receipt of a working key. This didn't happen before.

GBI got an email the next day. I got an email the next day after ordering Windows 10 keys. The keys worked just fine.
