NLDeception from the start. They request verification of documents to take advantage of the trial access. But you can only find out about it after you pay for the test access. And instead of testing, I have to submit my passport. Actually, I don’t want to do that. And if I knew they were gonna ask me for papers, I wouldn’t buy test access. I’m not interested in using a service that requires my passport information. Why would I know that already by paying. What the hell? Support is not responding. This is outright fraud and deception!
