GBCan't get refund due to Simulated-live… Can't get refund due to Simulated-live training account issues, which required a new $100k Simulated account to be added with the loss of the previous account data. I purchased their 23-bot bundle with a 1-year risk free refund guarantee. A refund is granted if you can show no money has been made over a minimum of a 3-month span, which I am unable to show due to Ninjacators and Ninja Traders platform issues. I have had my account cleared and started over with no data able to be captured. My latest 1-month trading data was lost and only able to recover/capture 7-days' worth of data. I requested refund due to the same reoccurring issue and was told I had to have 90-days of data to support. They have not offered to extend my warranty period to be able capture data or offer any guidance or support. The product is defective, and they apparently do not support the clients once they receive your money. The refund policy is a joke and or misleading.

GBNinjacators is an excellent company-… Ninjacators is an excellent company- their products are top notch and they always offer value for your investment. I have quite a few indicators and they work as described. I highly recommend them for add-ons to NinjaTrader.

GBBeware of slick marketing, still waiting for Bonuses I purchased Tunnel Trader 2 weeks back and was told there are several bonuses. I got access to Tunnel Trader, but have not received bonuses. I have emailed to customer service and have received replies every day for the past 2 weeks that their server is broken and they are fixing it. I do not think they are telling me the truth and basically they are trying to hook up people to buy products enticing them with bonuses which are never given. Beware
