SGGood Support Team from 4K Video Downloader I have been using 4K Video Downloader for the past few years and it gives me a convenient way of archiving videos that I considered important after the first viewing. It is efficient, stable and easy to use. Once in a blue moon, I may hit problem with the source video parsing issue and thanks to 4k support team, especially Liza and Damien. They responded swiftly and professionally solve the issue despite it may be wee hours in theirs due to our different time zone. Appreciate their responsive and great technical support.

NLReally good software and support 4K Video Downloader has been my source for downloading video's for quite some years, It was always ideal for me to download video's in 60 fps knowing I also edit video's and such. I want these video's to have the highest quality possible, and thanks to this software, I am able to do that. Recently, I stumbled upon an issue where the application wasn't able to load. so I had to contact the support team to get additional help. With the support team I was able to solve the problem within minutes. It was as straight forward as possible which I really appreciated. Whenever you have a similiar problem, I'd highly recommend you to contact the support team, they will help you out.

GBNot all it's cracked up to be I cannot change YouTube accounts no matter what I do. I log out, but when I try to log in it automatically logs in to the account I just logged out from. I have reached out to customer service with no response.

GBTo download age restricted, you have to pay... Would give it 5 star but apparently to watch age restricted content videos you have to authenticate your account, which you have to pay a subscription for... Already paying for YouTube membership and now another one on top when I could use any other 3rd party site is a buzzkill.

IEDoes exactly what it claims to do Does exactly what it claims to do - very easy interface and when I was confused about my license (thinking I bought the wrong one) Liza responded to me almost immediately with screenshots which helped me sort my issue. Highly recommend.
