Trip to Japan - April 2024 I was thoroughly impressed with the delivery of the service (in app) and the reliability - I have already recommended your services to other people before they go to Japan. This was much better than using a pocket wifi. The only glitch was when I couldn't check the "balance" of my usage as often it would say ERROR - but it seemed to update in real time and I didn't go over my 10 GB purchase. Great reception everywhere we went. UI needs improvement. Worked well and had reception throughout it everywhere in Japan that we visited. Reception persisted and we had coverage in stations and on trains and in theme parks where the signal could otherwise be disrupted. The only reason why I would dock a star is the lack of ability (or obvious ability) for me to check the remaining data on the app, and the lack of clear instructions around installing and using. Pro tip: don’t buy on a computer or browser. Instead, download the app and use the app to purchase the eSIM. The instructions should be outlined on the website and the website should link to the App Store.

Very reliable Worked from the moment I stepped outside the plane until I left. Speed was okay. A little expensive compared to local options but I'd gladly pay the premium for the ease of use and convenience. Coverage was good for the most part except for one or two times when 5G wasn't available and it had to fall back to an LTE connection - but that was not their fault as those are mostly remote locations or very underground. Will use again next time I go on a trip outside the country.

Bad Internet Reception The experience was very bad and disappointed, especially when you're in the train station. Can't get Internet when you need to travel from one place to another place, even in your own hotel room also couldn't get connected. Very angry and won't use the service again.

Very satisfied I was very happy with the purchase of my eSim. The installation went smoothly and the internet worked all the time, so no complaints! One thing was that my siblings both got the same eSim, but they went through it much faster for some reason.
