GBi always asks for more money and… Always asking for more money and different reason why they need it. Took hours and still not resolved but asking again for 267.00 l. They even sent a denial letter and wanted more money. I expected them to be prof since I was depending on them to guide me through. Even showed screen shots before I did 267 dollars of transaction, than told me their system locked up

NGI was compelled to send above my… I was compelled to send above my budget. You set the minimum buy at N20,000 which was fine by me, however, at the point confirming the transaction, it went up to N25,047 and upon execution it went up again to N27,000. That to me is not good, if N20,000 is minimum, then why should I pay additional N7,000, was that 35% transaction fee or what? That's ridiculous.
