GBI am a returning customer after a half… I am a returning customer after a half year. My account was still exit but I couldn’t update, I mean couldn’t add another mail box to reset. I had to do all from beginning. The website didn’t show right city’s availabilities either so had to spend more time than initial setup.

GBIt works It works! Setup using Proof service was sticky (had to try several times over several days) but once done all works well.

GBSometimes I don’t get prompt… Sometimes I don’t get prompt notification that a package was delivered which can be annoying to say the least. I also don’t like that there’s a fee to pick up each individual package. I often receive numerous packages and pick them up at the same time and have to pay the pick up fee for each individual package. There should be one reasonably set fee when multiple packages are being picked at the same time. Other than that I enjoy being able to use iPostal1.

GBI love the service but do wish the… I love the service but do wish the Mobile app was more user friendly. You need to add the ability to change a scheduled pick up. Also its not really necessary to send a zero dollar receipt for services like picking up your mail that costs nothing.
