GBMy partner and I live “on the road” and this PMB is a lifesaver My partner and I live “on the road” and do not have a permanent address. IPostal has been a huge lifesaver for me so packages and mail arent going to old addresses. Everything is safe and secure and going to the same place. The staff at the Qwik Pack and Ship where the PMB is located are also amazing and extremely helpful. A little expensive but it really is a great service to have in my living situation.

GBThe first time I signed up for… The first time I signed up for ipostal1, I got an email rejecting my payment and ability to participate in that location's service (no issue on my end, just a random and unexpected kickback). I tried once more and got through the confirmation of ID without any trouble. They got my lease, passport, and other information and proceeded to give me trouble (for example, over an expiration date that wasn't on my lease). They had everything they needed. I contacted customer service and said that I did not wish to continue and that I would like them to make sure my information was removed and wiped out from wherever it was and that they make sure I was not billed. I have not heard back from them, and when I try to access the site, I cannot. Not only would I not recommend this company, but I cannot endorse their process nor say that one can have trust in their lack of professionalism or ability to use their own systems effectively. I will pay more for a better service in the future! These people really let me down at a time when it mattered.

GBDo it Do it. Great for privacy… instead of giving out your address, use the one provided. Retrieving your mail and packages made easy.

GBI'm happy with my Ipostal service so far. The staff at my postal location are always very helpful and professional. My only issue is that I wish all my mail was updated quicker on the website.
