GBI've been a client for many years and… I've been a client for many years and wanted to explore upgrading. It did not go well after setting an appointment with the representative. I just felt like a number. It took 4 email exchanges just to get that appointment. The link to book the appointment said 1 time then the confirmation for the appoinment said another time... then when I asked for clarity - the appointment had passed. NOT A GREAT CUSTMER EXPERIENCE. SO I found another site that's actually FREE FOREVER Rabbitsign!

GBPandaDoc is a terrific tool PandaDoc is a terrific tool for sending my clients documents which I need signed electronically. Their pricing structure is far more affordable than the alternatives and their interface is easy to use. I've been using their system for about a year and have no complaints.

CALove the new features Love the new features, SMS or email option for sending a document for signing, although we currently are only allowed to use email addresses within our company policy. But for the future this is an excellent option. Easy to load and build a document for signing.

GBStay away! This company is fraudulent This company is fraudulent. A substantial amount of money was stolen without my consent. I requested an update regarding the refund of my money. My requests for updates regarding this matter were ignored for five days. I reported the company for fraud, and only then did they respond. My bank handled this situation promptly. PandaDoc then asked for my new bank details, which appeared fraudulent. I would not have left this review if I received a genuine apology for inconveniencing my time and money or provided a legitimate reason for the delayed responses.
