GBGreat customer service Waverly is very responsive and did the state set up and the notary training for me quickly since I need to notarize right away. I few minor changes would be nice, like being able to delete any suspended transactions, and to delete my own templates.

GBMy experience was great! My experience was great! Finally, a team of professionals who are live on their ZOOM meetings, telephone calls, and live when you call for customer support. Signix, I am so happy that this company thinks of the customer's satisfaction. I am definitely amazed at the fact that when a client calls for support and the "live" team support is there to answer the telephone and the clients and not sent around in circles through an automated voice-activated system. Yes! This works for me! Thank you.

GBIt's a little clunky with having to set… It's a little clunky with having to set up zoom separate from signing. You need more templates especially for the date. Date should be auto fill for notarizing documents. My boss doesn't like it but for now we're going to give it a try.
