Awesome plugins Awesome plugins, never had any issues. Only minus for me is that there are 10 engines with 22 expansions as of now, should be more expansions :D

Plugins are good, copy protection awful. All of a sudden, the plugins forced med to re-authorize. When I tried, i got a response saying I had used up all available activations. Apparently, the number of unlocks is limited, and apparently the limit is really really low, since I have only switched computers twice over the last 10 or so years. So. Then you have to wait for support, for a day or two at best. If this happens in a live situation, you're F'ed. In a weekend mix session, you're F'ed. On a deadline, you're F'ed. Copy protection preventing a paying customer from using the product paid for (in a fair way according to license agreement) is simply not ever OK. Not ever.

Great effects Everything you make that I have worked with, from Arcade to the all the effects I received in the discounted complete bundle, are easy to work with and have great sound modelling. I am a fan.

Customer service is excellent! +++ I have had a technical issue with registration which caused me pay more than I should over a period of about two years. William from the support team got back to me within a day providing with solutions willing to refund me despite the long period, and even compensated me for the trouble. He made sure I was satisfied and took care of the situation in a highly admirable way and I am very thankful for that. Thanks!!! BTW your products are super cool!
