Grateful for the security I have received alerts from IdentityForce that made me aware of items. They wanted to verify they were mine (and they were), but I was grateful to know they were watching closely and notified me right away. I feel safer knowing they are monitoring things.

Members for several years We have been members for several years. If we had a concern or needed some help, we would call and always received assistance from someone who would explain everything we needed to solve our dilemma. We always find them helpful and easy to understand. Had another company before BUT am much happier with Identify Force.

Please beware Please beware, you are billed yearly and the service is difficult to cancel with this company. I did not want to renew as I subscribe to identity monitoring under a different company. You are not provided FICO scores but Vantage scores which lenders do not use. A representative called me and I told them I did not want to renew but 2 weeks later and I got charged. This plan is active until the "next billing cycle" which is yearly.

I am glad to have Identity Force’s… I am glad to have Identity Force’s protection. I rated 4 stars only because I had a hard time finding the section of my account information where I needed to edit some finances data. A more user-friendly website would be welcome, for seniors!
