The first two episodes of Cain were… The first two episodes of Cain were fine. The third episode, subtitles stopped after 10 minutes. The fourth episode had intermittent subtitles that were not synced to the French dialog. We have not yet reviewed episodes 5 and 6. Expectations were not met. You were the only one advertising english subtitles and I was looking forward to finishing the series.

All good so far All good inasmuch as I seem to have received everything I ordered in a timely fashion and without impediment. The nature of the content is such that I won't be in a position to comment for some time, but based on past experience, my only misgiving was that in the case of foreign language productions here and there the subtitles were unreadable, incoherent, or only sporadically present. Those were exceptions and not the rule, though, or I wouldn't have ordered from them again.
