GBUser-friendly The app did a nice job of identifying car rental companies with available vehicles for the dates I selected. That part of the process was user friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, several of the companies I selected didn't have vehicles once I clicked on their sites.

MXThe call center was very helpful The call center was very helpful. I had a doubt about the payment: the mode I chose took more time to appear in their records than 48 h, and they allowed an extra time for it to arrive. Plus, they had the option to speak to me in my native language (spanish).

GBI like the good prices, but most importantly to me is no money up front using credit card. Pay when you pick up car. Ez research, good prices but most importantly to me is no use of credit card on some rental companies. Pay when you pick car up.
